What We Offer

  • Structured traineeships & apprenticeships: Industry-aligned programs that combine site experience with accredited training so graduates leave job-ready.

  • On-site mentoring & supervision: Experienced supervisors and mentors guide new starters through real projects, from day one to full competency.

  • Competency-based upskilling: Short courses and tickets (plant, traffic control, rail safety) to expand skills and increase on-site opportunities.

  • Local recruitment & regional mobilisaton:  We prioritise recruiting locally and supporting regional workers to access work close to home.

  • Cultural support & flexible arrangements: Respectful rostering, cultural leave, and workplace practices that value Country and community commitments.

  • Employment support services: Pre-employment preparation, resume and interview coaching, transport assistance and transition support.

  • Clear career progression: Personal development plans, leadership pathways and opportunities to transition from site roles into supervision, planning or management.
